I did some de-badging today.

Just a question, why not remove the Z71 stickers? Looks great, but that's the easiest part.

Haha, yeah. I'm trying to decide if I want to lose it all together or order an aftermarket one in black and dark gray.

I never got the sticker thing. Those and dealer badges are the first to Go the day I bring vehicles home. If you went through all the trouble removing the lettering, a step I'm leaning towards in the spring.

I do it so it's easier to polish and wax, no lettering to go around.

take it off. It'll look cleaner. Finally did mine the other day. Dont do an aftermarket one either.

dude we have the same cars in our garages, i have a 2005 cts v red, and a 2015 LTZ black, 4 by 4 were first stickers taken off, also removed chrome ding moldings. wish they would've put black handles and window sills on mine
