I am dragging up this old topic because it helped me a lot. For many of us new members this would have never been seen. Its just buried to far.

As far as adding to the list i can confirm that my 17 LT has the window down function but now power fold mirrors.

15+ LT have the window down with the key fob. Only the LTZ has the power folding mirrors and windows with the fob.

For those with touch screen radios, go to the local Dollar Store and pick up an iPad screen protector.

Cut it to fit your screen and place it there to prevent dings and scratches from fingernails, keys etc.

They sell screen protectors on eBay and Amazon made to fit

How do you remove the cup holder?

You can only do that on the 2014/2015. They made the cupholder and center cubby all 1 piece on the 2016/2017.

You can remove it on those if you do some cutting but it won't have that storage area below (it will just be open to the bottom of the console). Search these forums for more info.

Pressing the tow haul button for 10 seconds disables the grade braking, pressing the power button, menu button at the same time then press the home button all at the same time will bring you to a manufacture page. The driver side window had a pressure differential switch built in So automatically rolling Windows don't close on arms when rolling up. The 2017 silverado has a shutter sytem in the grill to increase aerodynamics and reach optimum engine temps. The electronic steering becomes stiffer as speeds increase. By pressing the traction control button and holding it for 10 seconds or so dissables stabilitrak. For 2016-2017 models turning off the headlight manually then pressing the dog light button turns the led running lamps and fog lamps on but leaves the headlights off.

I have the 2014 Z71 LT and mine does not have power folding mirrors, bummer.

It doesn't have power folding mirrors but it CAN have power folding mirrors. It will require you to spend some $$.

True statement. Not on my list of mods just yet.

Source the mirrors, power folding switch and the harnesses from @pgamboa.

Easy as that. I missed them so much from my last truck. I use the power folding almost every day.

That is a 2015+ feature. The 2014 trucks fold their mirrors using the remote and the 2015+ trucks roll their windows down with the remote.

My 2015 didn't do anything, but only the drivers window on my truck has the auto down feature......maybe that's why.
