New Truck

Just got a new truck and thought I would stop in and say hi. I got a 2014 GMC Denali with the 6.2 motor, 4x4, Z71 package. It is Summit White. I really like this truck so far.

How's the 6.2?

It runs Great!. I really think it might be too much motor for me most of the time. I test drove a 5.3 and it was nice. I only got the 6.2 for the two times a year that I tow my boat to the lake. I tow it there in the spring and take it home in the fall. I am getting 16 to 17 mpg average on 91 octane gas. This truck is amazing. It is the quietest vehicle that I have ever owned. I know some have had some issues with theirs, and I am sure I will have some things, but I hope GM will step up and make it all right with everyone. This is the first GM truck that I have owned since my 2003 Silverado ss pickup. This 6.2 is quicker than that truck.
