The off road screen is not an option on the 2014 models. But us 14 owners do get to change the DIC Themes from 4 different options!

I rather have the 4wd screen. I do like my theme tho.

I don't understand the need for the 4wd screen, I mean what do you really need it for? I drive in some pretty rough stuff for a living and half the time I am in 4 low with my head hanging out the window for tire placement. The last thing I am worried about is a screen showing what angle my truck is at, that is what your brain is for.

I was able to find th option to turn on the screen. It is in the settings on the small dash screen not the 8"

Oh it's easy to tell when your trucks in 4x4 when you go to park and/or make a u-turn on dry pavement. you know then you might need to cut it off, haha

I usually know if I'm in 4WD but for the life of me I can't figure out why GM doesn't put the V4/V8 mode on the main display either!!!

The 2014 All Terrains don't have it. At least my buddies doesn't and we've looked through his screens after I showed him my 2016 Silverado. I think it was added for the 2015 and up on all Z71 packages. I probably don't need to know what angle the wheels are at or the roll and pitch of the truck, but it does let you know what wheels are slipping or activating ABS, which can be handy for snow.

That is cool. I hardly ever look at the off road screen because the info us not usable to me

How can that be handy for snow??? Your still going to be driving the same (hopefully cautious) and in those situations you really don't need to be looking at a screen in the middle of your dash but on the road.

You're right, you probably shouldn't be looking anywhere but straight ahead when driving in snow. But my thoughts about using this screen in snowy conditions comes more from low speed or when your stuck. Plenty of times people are forced to park on the streets only to be plowed in and surrounded by piles of snow. Saw it a few weeks ago on my own street. When you have no momentum, you're more likely to spin your wheels. With this screen, you could see exactly which wheel(s) is spinning and throw down some salt or dig yourself out more. Same could be applied to those who go mudding.

Last truck had an Edge CTS that I had configured with 8 items. It was overkill and showed me boost as well as intake air temp, rpm, engine/tranny/exhaust temp, voltage and gear. The ones I would like to see displayed like your picture would include the actual gear the truck is in (and if the tc is locked) as well as the V4/V8 and current l/100km. As it is, i usually have the economy screen up to get 2 out of 3.
