Just got tuned by Justin!

As the title says, I just got my 03' 2500HD tuned by Justin at Black Bear Performance. Wow, I cannot believe the difference. It drives like a whole other truck. The pedal response alone is worth it. He took most of the GM nannies away. Most of the Tq management is gone and the truck actually moves when I press the pedal. I also replaced tow/haul with sport mode. That sucker gets up and goes. He did a great many other things as well to improve it. The gas mileage would be another factor that makes it worth it immediately. I will never own another GM truck without a Black Bear tune. Thank you Justin.

Gas mileage increased. By a decent amount. Nothing astronomical, but 2-5 depending on speeds and cruise control. Its awesome.

In the Gas Tuning world 2-5 IS astronomical. thats 15-33% in that old 6.0. If he did gain you that much then yeah, it will pay for itself in roughly a year if driving. I tune and find it tough to get 10% in most cases, very nicely done Justin!

Yes, I agree that is a lot for my 6.0. It depends on the driving conditions that i see the larger side. Highway driving is the big one that i see it. I couldn't be happier...well, maybe if i had a 2015 and had him tune it, then id be a little happier. haha.
