Another ignorant bitch who doesn't know what a passing lane is for.

On the other hand the truck driver could pass on the right. So why tailgating and provoke an accident?

Must be a German. Still used to the Autobahn rules... :) .

While I'm not saying what the guy did is right, the left lane is for passing only... If someone is tailgating you just move over and let them pass.. Don't film them while driving and don't not move over from the left lane.. And he really wasn't tailgating bad either.. On the highways I drive on that it normal distance between cars

Hilarious. Yes she was in the way, driving slow in the left lane. Should have moved over and let him pass. Does that give anyone the right to tailgate and try to bully her to move over. Does anyone understand what safe following distance is? Its 3 seconds. At 50 mph(the speed shown in this video) that's about 220 ft or about 12 truck lengths, not the less than one second he was following. This isn't NASCAR, you're not supposed to be close enough to draft off the car in front of you. Yes, sometimes it gets annoying when someone is in your way. He displayed poor judgment in trying to brake check her and spun out and crashed. Actually she might have been doing at least the speed limit, appeared to be in town so I'm guessing 45 mph speed limit. At least it was just a super duty so not much of a loss, could always use it for planting flowers.

Anyone else wondering how he lost that? Wtf?!

You would think that traction control would have stopped that.. My good buddy has a tuned 6.4 and with traction on there's no way it could spin out like that truck did unless he had it off

Florida State Trooper have ofically said that the woman did in t brake a law.

We have the left lane passing law in OK but VAST majority of law enforcement won't enforce it, and many many are gulity of breaking that one in particular, probably third behind speeding and talking on their cell phone. I feel for the good cops we do have having to see their coworkers so blantantly violate them.

He didnt brake check and spin out, you can hear the turbo spool up and then she pans the camera forward and he is already sideways. Looks to me like he freaked when the tires broke loose and instead of feathering the throttle and lettng it hang out for a second he got off it, stomped on the brakes, and over steered. Rookie mistake.

As for the passing lane aspect I have noticed there are people that purposely drive in that lane to intentionally slow people down or piss people off. That or they have a left turn 2 miles up and think they need to stay on the lane to make sure they can get over to turn. The road rage crap is ridiculous and needs to stop though. She is lucky he wasnt totally nuts and pulled a gun on her, hear about that crap all the time too.

Here basically any 4 lane within city limits there isn't really a passing lane. People have to get in their lane and stay there because they might not get back in. People don't have a problem passing on either side if need be.

The law about not "hanging out" in the left lane on highways is a good one. It isn't so much to help the flow of traffic. It's more so that emergency vehicles are more likely to have a clear lane.

It did appear in the video that she was passing people at first. I don't see why he didn't just pass her on the right like any sane person would do in this situation and just keep on driving.

I like her laughing at the end... The guy could have been hurt.... Like I said he was a jerk but all she had to do was get out of the way

Yeah, watching her holding that phone while trying to drive, especially at the end after passing his wreckage probably isn't the safest move either.
