My Jeep fell victim to Lake Christy at Rausch Creek...

Snorkel wasn't apparently air tight and it stalled out. It actually ended up dropping another foot or so when being pulled out, so I likely wouldn't have made it regardless... but this trip sucked.

Ended up getting pulled out... yanked the spark plugs and cranked out water for about 5 minutes... put them back in and it started right up. Had to go back through the lake (this time staying to the side, like they told me to do in the first place) to get back out, and then drove it 30 miles home. Still running to this day with a new owner on the stock engine. :)

Was going to say i win lol but 8.1HD beat me to it.

We have well the worst mud around here IMO, clay/buckshot. If your heart desires you yourself can get stuck, a fourwheeler, combine, truck, the list goes on.

I've gotten my 98 stuck but never took pictures because I was focused on getting it out. I usually just had street tires on it so that was part of the reason most of the times. The biggest was when I almost got stuck in a big hole. The water came up to the bumpers and had water coming into the cab. It almost reached the top of the transmission hump so I was worried about it getting to my CB lol. Well after about 5 minutes I got it out of that hole without any help, but as I was backing up the rear tires slid into a deep rut and it got stuck. Was stuck only because it was stock height and well my frame and hitch was laying flat on the ground. If It was lifted then I wouldn't have bottomed out.

My dad driving. I told him to use 4 low instead he left it in 2wd. An 88 1500, 1978 f250 7.3 auto, a 2002 5.3 silverado, and a 2011 silverado RCLB with 1K lbs of hay ALL of these hooked up together could not pull me out, they were all in 4 low. It took a huge john deere to get me.

I only got stuck in mud once, I was in 2WD. I put it in 4low and crawled right out.
