My new truck - just got tucked in garage

ORdered 3/3 with all constraints picked it up as it was getting off the truck, 3 miles on her, no dealer prep everything the way it left the factory wrapped!!!!!

I changed it out of transport mode.

 

Put flashers on, turn key, hold brake for 15 seconds

 

driver got lost and didnt show up til 645, service was closed

That's to easy. Figured it needed the tech2. But it makes more sense that it would be something simple, but not likely to happen by be accident.

 

Pretty cool getting it right off the truck!

How does it work to get a new truck delivered straight from the factory without going through a dealer first?

not supposed to go that way, I know the owner of dealership and it came after service was closed. I checked fluids, and he asked if I wanted to take it home. LET ME THINK..... UMMMM

He transfered my registraition in house at 655pm ( the only good thing in MA) Threw my plates on. So he told me how to take it out of transport mode, came with me to gas station for free fill up. And I was Gone. Now I need a bulk roll of bubble wrap and keep my kids out of garage and make sure wife doesnt find the pile of mod's!!!!!! Wanna go mess with it now but she'll go nutz.

 

gotta bring it back in next day or so, not gonna let them wax it tho.

that's pretty cool to be able to get it right off the truck. When I ordered mine and my salesman said it was there I went straight there and sat in it with 3 miles, then for some reason after I signed the papers and what not it had 23 miles on it... I was kind of pissed but still happy about getting the truck!

That's the way mine looked Tuesday, covered in plastic. Took them 3 hours to do predelivery before I got it.

make sure they don't get any wax on the plastic over the rails and on the tail gate handle bezel. Mine had wax residue when i bought it and it wouldn't come off so I had them replace it. Congrats on the new truck!

My truck had 1 mile when I got it. Then 2 miles after short test drive.

I am starting to feel like I bought a used truck now...mine had 6 miles on it when I picked it up.
