Any guys with a 6" lift and 35" with with speedo fixed, what mpg are yall in the city and Highway (what mph do yall drive on highway) and the mpg hand calculated and what the truck reads out.

I have the 6.2, 6" pro comp lift and 35's. Most of the time I stay just under 70mph on the Interstate and I get about 15.9. And it actually doesn't change much in the city, normally around 15.3. But Im pretty easy on the pedal.

Gatorboy, what are you getting? I test drove yesterday both engines with 7" and 35s on both, I see the other guys with the 6.2 comment. Just wondering what the 5.3 actually gets. I'm having a hard time deciding!

What about the 5.3 guys with 3.42s??

And maybe I should of bumped myself to the 6.2 lol

6" bds lift, 35/12.50/20 mickey thompson deegans, air raid intake, diablo sport in tune. I'm getting 17-17.5mpg driving back and fourth to work and its 16 miles each way with a mix of town and country roads, I set my cruise on 63 usually. I haven't had it on the interstate yet to give you any feedback on that.

I have 5.3 with 3.08 gears speedometer/odometer correct on 34.5" tall tires on long highway trips I average 19.5 - 20.5,

Everyday mixed driving in the summer I see 17-17.5, I have a lot of open 55mph roads so the mix is more high way than town.

PA Winter gas, forget about it down to 12.

7.5" RCX on 35" nitro trail grapplers. No speedo fix, but it always seems about spot on when I do the hand calculations......5.3L.......14-16mpg highway.....10.5-13mpg mixed.....8-10.5mpg stop and go, stop and go. Airaid MIT and 3.42s. What is wrong here? It seems like you guys are just dancing down the road, and I am dragging my sorry arse.

I think anyone with lifts like ours just need to say F-it and tune their truck. Can anyone harp on that? Cause I am on the verge of it. The only problem I am having is that I am only at 9k miles. She is still so young...
