It's on top too. In that picture it's beside the oil fill cap, but lower down. Really easy to get to.

Ehh I like the longitudinal motors better. And I like how Subaru doesn't put useless plastic all over everything.

Haha! There's actually not to much useless plastic on this motor. Where it says Ecotec is actually a cover over the coil, and spark plugs. The rest is part of the engine.

In 2010 the wife was still into small cars, drove most every car, the Hondas had road noise bad even the accord. The one she ended up with was the Mazda 3 hatch back. It was quiet tight and fast. My son bought an 11 Cruze is was a nice car.
