Factory stability control?

trying to decide between the RC 2.5" level or 3.25" combo lift. looking on RC's website it says that the 3.25" kit is certified not to inhibit the vehicles factory stability control. The 2.5" kit doesn't say one word about it. i was going to go with the 2.5" kit due to cost. what are your thoughts???

There are probably hundreds of members here who have installed the 2.5" level on their trucks without issue. I'm sure it's fine.

I wonder how these kits impact the hill start assist feature.

Didn't even think about that. It just seemed weird that the bigger lift was certified and the smaller one wasn't.

A four inch lift on mine didn't affect either feature although I wish it would have disabled stabilitrac!

Why do you wish it would have diabled stabilitrac, is it working correctly with your lift?

I leveled my truck. Hill start assist works exactly the same as before

Yes it works as it was designed. Except I know how to drive and do not need my truck to drive for me. I have a topic elsewhere explaining how stabilitrac isn't great in every situation and will get me stuck one day because my truck will lock up the brakes when I don't want it to. I work out in the bush sometimes in mud and snow where you need to keep going even if you are spinning or sliding sideways.

I hate it and it can not be totally disabled like the last model could.
