Appreciate the info but I did contact Bull Ring this morning and there claiming they will not be making any anchors for 2014 Silverado trucks because of the ones near the tail gate are designed for grab handles so they don't want to cover them and present possible law suits . Also I was told by Bull ring even though the caps can be removed in the front by the cab my anchors will not work because there's not enough area for them to grab on to . My Bull rings went back today shipping payed by Amazon even though it wasn't sold by them instead one of there vendors since the part was falsely showing it would fit on the 2014 when it was made for 2013 and earlier confirmed by the manufacturer Bull ring. They do make them for the in the bed side mounts though .

Technically, they will fit the 2014 in the 2500 series, since that is the older body style like the 2013. Just not the 2014 1500 series trucks.

That makes sense but one thing for sure Amazon/Ziggs auto should make sure the listing is more accurate instead of stating on the listing it would fit Chevy full size trucks up to the current year of 2014 . With that being said Amazon and Ziggs were very nice to deal with although I would much rather have not gone threw the return process and having to ship it back .

After reading what Bull Ring told TheFactor on the phone, I had to check out how my rings are mounted. I can see what Bull Ring is talking about. I took a picture, but it is very hard to see. As stated, along the right side there is very little material for the plate to grab hold of. But the opposite side has lots of area to hold against. So, I can see why Bull Ring would say not to use the rings on the 2014+'s. I have mostly used mine for tying down tarps, and the rings fit very snugly. I guess knowing this now, I wouldn't try and tie down a motorcycle with them, but for light loads, the rings are really nice and still provide an extra tie-down.
Thanks for all the info on this post!

Thanks for taking the time to verify and check it out . That's really good to know and I'm sure perfect for light use just not heavy duty tie downs like you mentioned .

Glad to have found this. I have a pair of 4001s and was going to cut the front pockets. I think I still will end up doing so...I don't think I'd have anything too heavy attached to this, or if I did, I'd also secure it to some of the OEM in-bed rings as well.

Just picked up these tie down ratchet type straps from Costco that'll work with my stock built in tie downs the 4 in the bottom side inside the bed . Anyway these are Snap on and appear to be pretty solid and well built . Figured I'd post them for those looking for a nice quality set these are pretty nice .
