Alright thank you very much. And I was just wondering how much would it cost or if it is even possible for me to swap out my 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 base WT boring instrument cluster for an SLT instrument cluster with the nice Side ways colorful screen? Please reply asap thank you. And by the way this was what I emailed the website but I'll post it here too if I get any answers.

Every set up is a little different...Chris can correct me if I am wrong but mine was $349 to go from SLT to Denali cluster...and since it was a used cluster and not new it was another $100 because of the extra programming needed...so for mine it was $449...yours may be different, best is to get a hold of him and he can tell you.

Yours also included extra custom programming to enable the HUD. Normally new virgin cluster programming (factory configuration) is $249 used is $349 unless you want something crazy like a HUD in a sierra ;)

Yeah forgot to add that tid bit...lol...my bad. I am still having difficulties figuring out the part number for the wire harness and the switch to control the HUD. So I haven't really gotten anywhere with that part as of yet.

Wiring harness will be part of the IP harness (for a yukon) its not separate. Best bet would be to buy the plug pig tails and make your own.

I am waiting for my Denali cluster to come back from Chris and I will have a SLT cluster sitting around soon.

I'm sure it had nothing to do with it was only Saturday and I still have a littttttle bit of a life? LOL :) Yes it can be done, you may have to add hardware IE steering wheel controls. Also would need to add an HMI if you don't have one to get some of the screens IE infotainment integration.

Hi GTPprix,

I have installed the gauge cluster and the steering wheel with controls in my truck, but the gauge cluster controls do not work that I need, you can help me from afar, because I'm from Mexico, thank you

You need to have your BCM programmed to work with the new gauge cluster. So I hear, contact Chris white for programming. You'll need to ship it to him so you won't be able to use your truck while the BCM is pulled out.

If you want the controls to work there is a thread here about that. The thread shows you how to install a heated steering wheel and the controls for the gauge cluster and radio controls. If I find it I will post it.

No BCM reprogramming required for the cluster swap, just the cluster itself requires programming.

Yup. There was a vendor out there telling people they needed BCM programming because they couldn't do what we do and that was their out LOL 100% Plug and play with our custom programming and not to toot our own horn (because this gets asked frequently) but yes we are the only place that does this (for dealers and customers all over the world :))

Not to mention the poor guy from mexico has a locked odometer too :(

Haha, if it gets any more complicated I am going to have to start working for GM just so I can get the inside track.
