Compass calibration?

I have a 2015 Silverado. Where the compass displays in dic it says CAL. The manual says it will reset after driving, but no luck. Any ideas?

Previous vehicles instructed to find large open area free of large power lines and other obstructions and drive in circles.

From the 2014 Silverado Owners Manusl, page 5-5...

 

"The compass system is designed to operate for a certain number of miles or degrees of turn before needing a signal from the GPS satellites. When the compass display shows CAL, drive the vehicle for a short distance in an open area where it can receive a GPS signal. The compass system will automatically determine when a GPS signal is restored and provide a heading again."

 

I don't know if 2015 is the same, but you should be able to find this in your Owners Manual.
