Just got a 3" front leveling kit one 2014 GMC Sierra and I don't know if thirst is too much of a lift or should I take it of and go with the 2.5 because of the angle that the 3" has ... Has any one done the 3"

I wouldn't go over 2.5 I had a 3 inch on last truck and cv boots ripped at 40,000 miles. At 3 inches, it will increase chance of premature wear on components.

The ball joints may be beyond the limit of their angular travel with the shock extended that much.

if you have a 2wd. then you don't have to worry about CV boots/front diff components. alls you really have to worry about is upper control arm angles. Which most 3-4" lifts come with new UCA's to correct for the angle.

cheers.

if you have 4x4 I would suggest a body lift or true 4"

Ya, what everyone has already said, anything over 2.5" is too much…

I have a 2 inch in the front and I think the front end looks a little higher in the front which makes me not too happy..

But you also have LCA and TREs to worry about.
