2015 Remote Windows function

Well hope this works thank God I traded my 2014 for my new 15

Hold the unlock button to roll windows down. Hold the lock button to roll them back up. You have to have the feature turned on in your vehicle settings. You can also fold and unfold the mirrors using the key fob if equipped with power folding mirrors.

 

You should have already had the option if your truck is a Denali. My 2014 has it.

 

no...my 2014 SLT and my 2014 Denali didn't come with it. When did you purchase the truck? May of already had the updated flash. I would love to have it. Hot southern days heat up the cab quick and an option to remotely start with A/C on and then actually let the heat out would be great!!

I bought my truck in March of 2014.

I purchased the Denali months after that and it doesn't have it...... I can't wait to get home and try it (wife's truck, I drive the regular cab).

You have to turn it on. It's under vehicle settings in your MyLink/Intellilink system.

Your SLT should do the window down with the remote. (and mirror fold/unfold)

Correct. You have to have the function turned on though. I thought my Sierra wasn't equipped with the feature when I first got it, but it just wasn't turned on from the factory.

2015's SLT, HC, LTZ, & Denali should have it, but I looked in my settings before on both trucks (2014 SLT & Denali) and their was nothing in the settings menu. I will check again tonight to see if anything has changed.

I am finding out that a few 2014's already came with the feature. I am GUESSING that those had the BCM updated by the dealer before it was sold.

My own 2015 LT1 will do it, just down though... up has to be done with the switches.

My wife just got a new Ford Fusion that will roll down all windows with unlock and roll all windows up with the lock button. It will even close the sunroof if open at the time you command windows up. Your move GM.....
