Reasonable price for new windshield?

My buddy did I'm guessing the exact same thing on his Titan when he got his windows tinted. 7" brow or whatever is too thick in 5%. It lasted about 5 min, then he ripped it off lol

Totally not worth it. For the few dollars in a premium increase, you easily make up for having a $100 or $250 dedictible if anything ever happens.

I replaced the windshield on my 2014 Sierra SLE in January.

$262 CDN at Crystal Glass. Not sure if you have them in the US, but they are pretty big up here, so I expect they are down there too!

At that price I'm not sure glass insurance is worthwhile.

I don't think I can get glass insurance in Alberta anyway - never asked.

Shouldn't be too bad at all I am having a new windshield put in my 2005 Sierra 1500 today for $160 out the door.

If in Houston...look up Uniglass (hopper rd and hardy toll area)...they supply 90% of the mobile installers...Ive known the owner for years...Oscar. Best prices by far.

got a quote this week for a new windshield. $388

 

Got in trck one afternoon and had a nice crack going from passenger side to drivers side straight across. No rock chip I could find.

If you don't have a rock chip, take it back to the dealer. They should take care of it.
