2014/15 5.3MPG with a/t tires what do you get?

It matters to me because imo blackbear is the best. If these great mpg claims have any validity, then blackbear would have the best chance achieving that with their tune.

I don't do a lot of in town driving, but I only lost about 1 mpg with my 33" KO2's. (Don't forget to add 5% for the tire size difference. Comes up to right at 1mpg higher than what my computer reads out) I am still averaging 20-21 as long as I keep my foot out of it, and limit my idling time. Very happy with these numbers.

I know its not AT's, but I have 34" Toyo MTs, which are heavier than most AT's.

 

My Speedo has been corrected to new tire size: 275/65/20

 

Since my new tires, I reset my trip A: over 2500 total miles, my average is 15.3 mpg. This is highway and city.

 

Last weekend, I took a 60 mile trip, 30 each way. Mostly non stop road. I averaged 23 mpg, both last 25 miles and 50 miles said. My last 400 average went up to 17.4

 

I live at the beach in Delaware. Roads are flat, no hills or mountains. But in beach traffic, stop and go, my last 25 average can easily go down to 13-14 mpgs.

 

Stop and go traffic sucks with heavier tires. But once you get rolling, the heavier tires really don't effect your mpgs that much.

 

I would be glad to take pics of my DIC if anyone wants. I have no need to lie about my mpgs.

I've averaged about 16.5 on the last several tanks since adding my 285/55r20 Cooper AT3's. Most of my driving is mixed highway and stop n go.

 

I have 3.42 gears.

Thinking about trying these kumho tires they seem decent from reviews online and way cheaper then the bfg ko2 tires any experience here

I have the 5.3 with 3.08 gears and was running 275/55/20 factory wheels and tires with a best avg. of 22mpg on the highway. I upgraded with OEM 22" ck158 wheels with 305/45/22 nitto terra grapplers and my best mpg is 19.5 at best.

I got 17-18 regularly on stock setup with 50/50 city/hwy driving. After putting 275/60R20 Bridgestone AT Revos on stock setup I dropped to 16-17 mpg.

I'm leveled with a 305/50r20 Toyo ATII (I chose this size to stay with a lighter weight 4 ply tire) and if I set the cruise at 75mph I usually get in the 20 to 21mpg range and I live in Arkansas where there are quite a few rolling hills on the freeway. My overall.....stop and go traffic mostly, and I live about 7 miles off the freeway in 45/40mph zones....is around 17 to 18.5mpg. Usually depending on how bad traffic is.
