I think so. 6.2 is just a bigger bore

Nope, same exhaust exit. Though I think the 6.2L exhaust is slightly bigger.

My 2010 6.2 exhaust was straight out the back and was a 3.5 inside diameter.

perfect.... I may be picking up a new one tomorrow... just want to be 100% sure I have the "balls to the wall" power plant.....regardless of the window sticker..

Based on my 2010 6,2 and my 2015 5.3, the minute you punch the accelerator you will know the difference.

If you still have the factory airbox it says engine displacement on the sticker on top

So we just need someone on here to bore out their 5.3 and let us know how that works...

Easiest way for me is just to walk by the tailpipe, pretty easy to see the difference.

 

 

Wonder what it would take to bolt on the 6.2 exhaust on to a 5.3 truck.
