Those thread have become useless monstrosities for the lazy.

Corrected. Everyone wants a question answered fast and easy but no one wants to do some research. Then they get upset when the answer they got in the thread they posted was wrong because if they had done some research in the larger thread topics other ideas/notes/points would have been brought up addressing the situation. What do you think has more info, a 8 topic thread with 4 people giving answers on why their set up is best, or a 400 topic thread with 200 people giving answers and feedback for what they tried and may have failed before finding something that worked?

Guess we could always have everyone post up a million different repetitive threads on leveling kits, best tires and head lights...

Quick to assume eh, been through most of all those threads. On every LS and Ford truck forum out there or close and spent more hours then I can count. I have never seen another board have thread like that and push people to them. Why they arent split for Silvy, Sierra is dumb too. They arent easily navigable either. Nice thing about lots of little threads is they usually like natural selection weed out the useless and push to the top the most helpful. Forums arent like they used to be, people used to like answering threads like this..

This seems to be the closest so far and fits inside with dust cover on and no cutting. Waiting on another member who just ordered to give me some more feedback. The braiding replaces the fans to dissipate the heat.

I have to agree the head light lighting threads are just too cluttered with nonsense now, literally hundreds of post's mainly just comments and questions with very few of them actually having relevant info.

Perhaps a mod if they have time could purge them to make them somewhat useful again. As every time i try and look to see what is best to use in my sierra i walk away ten times more confused and frustrated then when i entered it.

I have XD LED h/lamp bulbs and fog lamps. They are good quality so for. They are a little better than stock but not much. But they are a lot better color.

I do not have the time to go through page after page when an answer like the one given by bwc3030 is what I am looking for, so ya I guess I am lazy.
