Window tint

I'm about to get windows tinted and need some input from y'all. I have factory tint but was wondering how dark I should go over the factory tint. It's about 20% on back glass and back passenger windiws and around 35% on front two doors....

I have 30% all the way around. Getting 50%on entire windshield Friday. (I have a medical waiver, so no tickets for me.)

My tint guy put 20% on the front two windows.. it pretty much matches all the factory rear glass perfect.

I'm 20 % matched front to the backs.

I did 20% on fronts, backs, and back glass. I love the way it looks, plus it leaves a contrast so that during the daytime a cop can see a difference and won't pull you over. I've done 35% all the way around and I hated it.

To help your decision.... If you put 20 over 20 it will measure 4%. To get the percentage multiply .20 x .20 and it will give you the approximate percentage of what you'll have. That way you'll know exactly what you'll have when you're done.

On every GM vehicle I've ever owned, I've used 20% on the front, and it matches the factory tint on the back just about perfectly. No need for anything more than that in my opinion.

I did 20 on the front and is almost a perfect match for the rear. Looks great too

I did 20% on just the front windows. Cost $50 bucks. Dropped off at 8:00 picked it up and 9:00. Matches perfectly.
