Wanted to take a minute to introduce ourselves to the community. Some of you may know us already, and we have much to offer the community! We offer products for the new Colorado/Canyon, new LT powered GM trucks and earlier LS powered GM trucks, Trailblazer SS, and for those of you that have the toy in the garage we cover all the big 3's late model American muscle vehicles. A little on what we have to offer includes our Mycalibrator device with mail-order custom tunes that are developed on one of our in-house dyno's for various fuel octane levels, Windstorm intake systems, Powerstorm camshafts for the LS and new LT platforms, EvenFlo thermostats also for the LS and LT engines, and much more. We have a 36,000 sq foot facility for vehicle installations, engine builds, cylinder head work, CNC, and dyno tuning. All aspects under one roof. Definitely not a track queen. The customer has actually not even ran it at the track yet, that was us taking it there for him as he was not going to have an opportunity before the winter set in.

 

Deadly daily is the perfect term I would say! LOL. The next round on it is just downright amazing!

We do have head packages for the new 5.3 and 6.2's, along with camshafts for both.

Are you looking for flow rates or what specifically? The main information on what is in the 6.2's and the work we preform on them is the same for the 5.3. We just recently launched our new site and updating it daily.

 

That cost if for a set outright, we can use yours if you send them in or if the truck is having the project done in house.

You answered my question right there...... So i buy them outright.... Thats what i wanted to know.

 

Any numbers before and after or stock vs ported flow?

 

These would go nicely with a supercharger and a blower cam.

Just had a conversation with our cylinder head supervisor this morning. The 5.3 is done a little differently than the 6.2, when doing R&D on them the 5.3 head did not like the larger volume runners with CNC work. This is a result of the smaller valves in this head. It did on the other hand respond quite well to being worked by hand. I have a picture here of the flow numbers showing these results.
