I bought a new 2014 GMC Sierra sle at the beginning of 2015. Having an issue with my fog light, I replaced the factory with 6000k led kit. Got them from strictly hids. So I can't use them at night cause they blind oncoming traffic, anyone have any suggestions on if there any other led or hid kit I can use. Thanks

If I remember correctly those are strictly plug n play. Plus on sierras they're easily accessible. They do cost an arm and a leg though.

I've got the ZLED fogs that are 3000 lms each and run them all the time and never get flashed. There is an adjustment screw you can play with.

Yes they do have a separate ballast and they also have fans. I called their tech support regarding the fans since they are exposed and they said they would be fine unless you do a lot of mudding which I don't. I've been running them for months and through lots of rain and still working great. If they fail I'll switch over and go with the Morimotos
