Really any of you guys trying to mount a light bar on the bumper or are most putting them behind the grill. I have mine mounted on a bull bar but am considering trying to mount a 20 inch light bar directly on top of the bumper. Any thoughts?

Putting this thread in the correct section would help.

Wow...I don't necessarily want to live where you are, but my god what I would do to play in that snow with my truck. Don't see any of that here in Houston.

Haha gotta love montana winters! Playing in the snow is great fun! on a side note, i have a huge appreciation for the eaton and stabilitrack. i am very impressed with both. truck is like a tank going through deep snow

I drove my truck up to Denver to go skiing not long after I got it. Was super excited to plow through some snow while I was up there. Ended up being sunny in the 40-50's the whole time I was there. Needless to say the roads were dry as a bone. Waiting for a second chance haha

The ones that came with the light bar.

You just mount it to the plastic chrome part of the grill?

Correct. It lines up with the stand off posts, so it mounts through the exterior chrome into the big thick plastic standoff posts. It's rock solid.
