What's the Best speed limit remover

If you have a friend/neighbor with EFIlive they can program back to stock any time. I don't know about any hand held tuners ability to change the speed limiter to ECM from other module.

Most (if not all) hand held tuners will raise the speed limiter number shown in the ECM, but if it's set to other module it doesn't matter because it's controlled by the BCM.
