Tonneau with Spray-in Bedliner Help

Any advice/help on picking out a good low-profile rolling or folding tonneau? I want it to be lockable, and I was planning to get a BakFlip G2, until I realized that the spray-in bedliner in my truck also sprayed and sealed over the caps in the bed that you have to take off to feed in the water drain tubes. Anyone else run into this? Can I just try to cut into the liner to make way for the tubes? I was thinking Truxedo LoPro if that's not an option.

I purchased an undercover flex at a really good price and cannot be happier with it. I have a spray in bed liner from GM directly and they did not spray over any of the plugs. However most of the fold up tonneau covers want you to drill holes in the bottom of the bed for drain lines. I did not do that and had mine go out through existing holes where all I had to do is drill holes in the plastic covers which are easily replaceable if I decide to take the cover off.

I have the Truxedo LoPro on my Denali and love it. Easy to install, looks great and easy to use!

I've had pace edwards which I liked, now I have a Retrax which I like even more. But thinking of selling cause I think I'm going with a topper.

My brother has a Retrax on his Tundra and dad also on his Sierra. They look nice but are fairly bulky in the front of the bed when they roll up.

I have a LineX spray in bed liner and Roll N Lock cover. Love them both, work well together and after a year of heavy use no problems with either.

Embarrassing noob answer: how do I tell? (First truck and first GM product in a while.). It's not mentioned on my sticker at all, even as a dealer installed option. But it was in when I first checked it out.

Might be a moot point anyway, about to pull the trigger on a Bak Revolver X2...about $810 after my military discount...unless anyone knows where to find it cheaper?

If they sprayed over the little plastic caps just use a box knife and cut the liner around it ,they just pop off because the liner doesn't stick to the plastic.

But I don't even use the drain tubes, not worried about a little water. It's a truck bed not a trunk
