2016 denali 4x4

Anyone own a 2016 DENALI 1500?Any problems so far?What are your thoughts so far?Just trying to get some feedback on this truck,i currently own a 2014 DENALI and thinking about upgrading to a 2016 model.

I have one I got late November. So one of the early ones.

My previous truck was a 14 slt. Sierra 6.2 with 6 speed.

It's a great truck , 6.2 with 8 speed is great combo.

The my link seems quicker and a lot less buggy.

It does clunk here and there. Not nearly as much as my 14 Sierra did. It dosent flair confuse like my 14 did.

I do have a whine in the rear which I think is a differential. I will have dealer look at it first oil change. Other wise it's been solid.

The lack of rear vents and rear heated seats like the ford and dodge have is a joke.

All in all I'm happy. After all for me it was all about the looks. And I love the GM boys. Good luck

Do you find the quality of the backup camera to be of much poorer quality than your 14. I thought the camera clarity of my 14 SLE camera was great. The one on my 16 SLT is washed out and grainy.

Looked at one. A few extra nice features like LED headlights and car play but that is where is ended. Front end is a down grade with the grill gap IMHO. Some might like it but I am not into the buck tooth look.

Do you find the quality of the backup camera to be of much poorer quality than your 14. I thought the camera clarity of my 14 SLE camera was great. The one on my 16 SLT is washed out and grainy.

I'm finding my 16 camera to be better than the 15.

I would say that my camera in my '16 Silvy HD isn't quite as good as my '15 Sierra 1500 was.

I have a 16 Denali that was ordered in October and delivered in December. So far it is flawless and I love it. I would say the rear camera is about the same as the 2015, but I only spend about 2 seconds a day looking at it. Nice feature, but very low on my importance list. To me, one of the best features of the 16 MY Denali are the headlights with Intellibeam. I would rate the headlights a strong 9 out of 10. This truck is vastly improved over the 15 that GM bought back.

I went from a 2014 SLT to a 2016 SLT, so far I am liking it. There are some minor quirks, but I cant fault GM on them as I am super OCD in that regards. I did find a rather large piece of debris in the paint on the roof, dealer said to not mess with it as the repaint will not be nearly as good as the factory paint. I so far have only found 1 spot, on my 2014 truck I had 5 spots of dirt in the paint.

I believe the rear back up camera is the same on all gm trucks. Quality is the same as my 14 was.

Did your SLE have the small screen? i think the cameras are the same resolution, but display size will affect clarity.
