Single wire 4hi mod

Has anyone tried this single wire 4hi mode with the yellow wire located in the D3 hole of the power distribution box unDer the hood on 99-02 read about it on some other halfass forum and tried it on buddies hoe got nothing

  Can you see airbag module data? If you can, buckle the belt and see if the data set shows that the belt is buckled. If its showing that it is not buckled on the data but its physically buckled, then it probably needs the buckle.

  I scanned it with my FoxWell NT 630+, which is supposed to be able to catch seat belt warnings, and got nothing.
