A Arms leveling kit

So before I picked up my 2016 double cab 1500 midnite I asked the dealer if there were steel or aluminum a arms so I could order my leveling kit. The dealer said that they were steel so that is what I ordered. My dad just called me from my house and thinks they are aluminum. Does anyone know if the a arms or steel or aluminum I am at work and currently cant look.

Visual check works too. Steel are black, aluminum are grey/silver.

Drove the corvette today it was finally nice. My dad said they were black.

So my dad suprised me and bought me painted mud flaps for truck. As they were getting installed at dealership they checked A arms with magnet. All z71 which my truck is are aluminum A arms even though they are black. Damn it!!!!! And as it was in there they did update which takes the truck out of being locked in 4 wheel drive. My question is how long until I found out about update while I drive on bare pavement in 4 wheel drive?

Aluminum kit just has bolts that are a tad longer. Call the manufacturer and ask if you can get the correct bolts or go to the hardware store.
