2010 5.3 dripped something

I backed into my driveway today likening always do but after getting out noticed a brownish oil type substance on the ground. Not a lot but made a trail. The fluid is very thin almost water thin but is brown. It isn't oily so I'm guessing it's just rusty water. It is coming from around the motor mount, probably above it on passenger side. Nothing obvious my guess is it built up moisture somehow and just dripped out. Any other suggestions? Coolant level is full top of engine totally dry.

There's really no smell at all. I swear its water, was hoping someone has seen it before

That's what I was thinking also. I've only used the ac like 5 times since I bought it, maybe it finally built up enough to come out of hiding
