So I'm having a real issue removing bugs from my grille and bumper. It's a 2016 with the painted bumper (white). I've tried washing and using a micro fiber towel/ hand pad. I tried the meguiar quick detail with no luck. What's a safe and effective way to remove them from a painted bumper?

Peroxide in a spray bottle!

First thing not in your favor is that white bumper. Break-out the elbow grease and some old school paste wax. Lay it in on thick, bugs won't stick (as much). Layers of wax is the best defense against bugs, in most cases bugs just wipe off my truck.

Adam's Waterless Wash works well and maybe a clay bar if necessary. Some people soak with All Purpose Cleaner, Simple Green, etc.....

Straight peroxide. Works great and is cheap!

Well, the peroxide worked great. $1.34 for peroxide in a spray bottle and $1.47 for the bug scrubber. Completely removed all bugs. I also applied some meguiar paste wax afterward and hope it helps contain some of the bugs in the future.

Do not spend money on anything at all accept

A spray called " Awesome " you can buy this at any dollar store for 1$ or a bigger container for 3$ spray on and scrub bugs with microfiber towel and it'll take the bugs off no question. Won't harm paint. Detailers use this stuff and also if your tires look dirty and won clean up spray this stuff on them and whipe it off... Brand new tire without fire shine. Trust me.

I never thought of that! Wife just informed me we have a big jug of this stuff! Do you spray on and wipe off the tires and grill or do you need to rinse it after you wipe it off?

I use simple green or WD40 as pre treatment before wash and aferwards for any left overs. Works like a charm.

After you spray on the tires you can just spray off but on the grill and all use the microfiber towel and it'll take them off then wash the truck after
