help me find the black front grille for 2016 models online!

Hi

I searched on online gm truck parts websites but couldn't find info about the 2016 models.

I have 2016 silverado high country and wants to change it to the black front grille and also change the chrome on the headlights to black

 

just missing the parts number

Did you mean the monochromatic z71 grille with 4 slats or the black mesh inner with chrome surround grille?

 

Unfortunately for the headlights, you'll have to pull the headlight bezels off and sand them/get them painted. Those are not interchangeable.

 

Or pay $1000 and get the color matched LTZ headlights.

.... If you happen to find those part numbers somewhere outside of this forum, please share here. I am considering doing all my front end chrome and 22s in gunmetal over the winter. Best of luck and post some pics if you get it done. Thanks!

$500 is pretty cheap for a grill but you would have to paint it. I recommend no even bothering with a shop and just doing it in a garage or even outside on a nice day under a roof with rattle cans, a good paintshop can mix the color matched paint into a can for you. Good a job as any dealership will give you, plus then you can actually give a 2500-3500 grit wet sand which I promise they would not do.

Are you talking the inside of light or just like the trim pieces. You could just plastidip those, it is cheap and easy but it works well. You can paint the inside and others have done it but you have to crack it open which is not for the inexperienced imo.

Instead of buying new headlights have you considered vinyl wrapping the ones you have? Since its black you wont have to worry about color matching a very specific color.

 

Can you take a picture of the grill you have? I may be interested in buying it off of you.
