Looking at a '11 Silverado LTZ 6.2L! Thoughts?

I was checking out some trucks here and there on carguru's to see what is around, and what do you guys think, I found a '11 LTZ 6.2L for a pretty good deal if you ask me. It's got 94k and they're asking $20k for it. It's been for sale since July 7th, which kind of scares me, wondering what is wrong with it, but if I can't find anything, that leaves a good reason for negotiation. The only thing I can seem to find is it's been in an accident, doesn't say how major or minor it was but it just says its been involved in one. I'd be looking more so at private party but I'm trying to get rid of a BMW I've got sitting in my garage before winter time, so I've resorted to dealers for a trade in. What do you guys think? http://www.manginobuickgmc.com/VehicleDetails/used-2011-Chevrolet-Silverado_1500-Crew_Cab_Short_Box_4_Wheel_Drive_LTZ-Ballston_Spa-NY/2798706833

If this truck was clean (meaning not been in an accident) this would be a decent deal. If the accident did nothing more than bend a bumper or dent a side panel then it is still very reasonable. If it has been in anything that is determined as "major" then this is not a good deal. I'd find out exactly what kind of accident and how much damage was done before I started negotiating on that truck. Other than that the truck does appear to be pretty clean. I'd also make sure the truck does not have a salvaged title. If it does i wouldn't pay more than 10k for it.

It was a clean title, I just went to take a look at it today. I crawled under it, looked it all over, wicked nice shape, no signs it's been in an accident or repainted anywhere. I was 200% all over it. Salesman came out with a set of plates in his hand and told me he just sold it...... Such a let down...

good deals go fast when I traded in my super clean 14 Sierra SLT the dealership had a guy waiting to pick it up. Your best bet is to get in good with a salesman at each of your local dealerships (your a cash buyer correct?) and get them to be your first call when they know a trade for what you are looking for is coming in.
