I highly doubt it is worth wiring up.

Better off just going with a manual window if it is must have. I mean anything is possible but it would cost a ton i bet, so much it might even be more financially feasible to trade it in.

I was pretty insistent on mine having the solid glass when I bought it. Mainly as a visual thing but also because I didn't want the package with the bells and whistles. In retrospect it would have been nice to have it for airflow I think or if I wanted to smoke my cigars in it without having all the windows open.

I don't think it would be hard at all. Just hit up a junkyard and piece it together from there. I would say under $500 total.

Rear window, electric regulator under it, wiring from the window through the headliner and then the overhead console. I'm sure it's not a hard swap.

I wanted the solid glass on mine. I don't like how small the opening in the window is. I really wish more manufacturers would make the whole back window sliding glass like Toyota has.

I agree with this. Does anyone know if Toy'nope'a holds a patent on this or something, i mean they must if no one else is doing it right.

I originally wanted a sliding window for my dog in the back but mine has the premium/defrost and no sliding window. I even bought my canopy with a sliding window. Since the canopy's window can only be manual I had intended to swap to a manual one in cab too. I kind of gave up on that idea after reading a bunch about pet safety in accidents and learning that there is really no safe place for an animal in the event of an accident. Air bags are lethal to a lot of pets, and I figured having your dogs head through the rear window is just a possible decapitation waiting to happen.

I too love the Toyota back glass rolling down. But am not a fan of the Toyota Tundra look. Although I will say that I respect the tundra, just don't want one for me.

Are you doing factory wire?

Yes factory wiring is already in place. I would only need to add this 2 parts and I'll be set

Pics of it when done please. I'm very interested

Nevermind wires are only on the rear to connect the motor but non at the overhead console nor at the fuse box. Let me figure this out and I'll post what ever I come up with. I could always just use a 12v toggle switch and be done with it but I really want it to function as oem
