Local GMC dealer has a 2017 Sierra SLE 3500 with the LP5 Durmax as "In Transit", other than that, I am omly seeing 2017's with gas engines.

I found a lot of that when looking for '16s hitting the lot. A dealer in Indiana I think popped up with 70+ 16's in their inventory a month after ordering opened, but then when I called they said those trucks were orders they placed but had not even received any additional information of when vehicles would be delivered. But they could sure take my number and call me when they started showing up ?

17 gas should be available right now. We've got a 17 Midnight in transit, should be here any day. Duramax should be on lots Feb-March.

Do we know if the 17's are coming through with LED tail lights?

I'd imagine the SLT & LTZ models will have the LEDs, but probably not for the LT & SLEs unless option is selected at time of ordering the vehicle from the factory. If you want the goodies, you gotta pay.

Tail lights are not mentioned in the 2500 order guide.

LTZ were 66K

Laura GMC seems to have a full selection of 2017 6.6 trucks on the lot. Full sticker, though.
