Does anyone have a ball park number of how much a set of 4 WT/LS steel wheels would be? I really like smaller, basic wheels on a vehicle and I would probably switch from my 20's to the more basic rims eventually, especially if I keep the truck. But another factor would be that I could use the unused wheels as weight in the bed for the winter time. I'm just curious if y'all could give a good estimate as to price for 17's and stock size/near stock size Duratracs.

Best value for cheap steel rims is from Costco. You buy them online and they ship right to your door for less money than most places can sell them for... and you have to go get them... Costco's online prices are shipping included.

I just bought some for my own truck... I'm in Canada mind you, so pricing is apt to all be different, but I paid $81/ea (plus taxes) shipped to my door. Cheapest I could find were flirting with $100/ea and still required shipping or driving to go get them

265/70/17 Duratracs would be what you want. http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/findTireDetail.do?ra=filterTireProducts.do&fl=&pc=31928&counter=0&ar=70&rd=17&cs=265

This link is for the C load tires. You wouldn't need the E load.

Wheels. I'd hit up craigslist for a set of steel takeoffs. 2007-2017 will fit. You will need TPM sensors too unless you don't mind the tire light staring at you every day. Should be $200-600 for steel wheels (depending on condition, etc.), and $40-80 for each tire sensor.

plenty of people would pay for your 20's or trade them straight up for OEM wheels. Why not just switch them out now and use sand bags for weight. (winter weights in florida??)

I got 4 brand new TMPS sensors from amazon for like 19.00 dollars each. My neighbor is the service manager at GMC and got me the part numbers. So sensors won't be that much of a cost to you.

Id be concerned with someone stealing the wheels out of the bed of the truck

You might be able to get 'take-off's from a (larger?) dealer.

Some dealers 'here' install lifts and aftermarket wheels, so they often have new take-offs available.

I sold the stock 17" chrome clad steel wheels and tires off of my 2016 LS for $450.00 on Craigslist (had about 1700 miles on them). I searched locally before listing to get an idea of prices and found a couple of sets for less but the tires were pretty worn (there were numerous sets of 17" oem alloy takeoff wheels/tires for $600.00 - $850.00)
