Ok not sure what will come first lvl or tires? Stock is 265/65/R18

But i was told by my dad that i can go 265/70/18? Hopefully he is right (i trust him) but can i run them or go bigger lock to lock? Currently there isn't a decent selection in my current size for load range E 10ply A/T. I am a believer in it, dads work chevy 3500, has it but in mud grips. Even the feed wagon has 10ply rated tires that truck goes over some bad roads that will kill tires..

I put 285/75r18s load range E with a 2.25 level on my truck.

If only there were threads on this already...

Search, you will hear ton of different answers. Some will say 265/70, then someone the other day swore a 34.5 tire (285/75 maybe?) fit with no rub and no lift which I seriously have my doubts. Many threads covering this, search those and gather your intel on what you want to believe as it will be different for everyone.

Yea people ask this question 10 times a day. The problem is it is not organized to give any real answers. with all the different model years x tire sizes x mod/no mod, good luck finding an answer in the archives.

someone should just create a list or table with what tire diameter will fit each model year truck, stock and with each size of lift. There's a project for somebody who is bored.

Negative, lots of guys on here are running without a level.

I've even see one guy recently running 285/75/18 (34.8" tire)...and he says they don't rub at full lock either.

If I can fit the 34.8" KO2 tire on I will without a level, otherwise it'll be the 275/70/18 KO2.

Thanks for the correction and link

I did notice discount tire doesn't have much unless they are having trouble with the website?

Edit just viewed the thread, and i came across that last night but thought it was another lift/level

Your good!

Thanks. It's not done yet. Going to get more lift sizes in the mix and look for different tire variations to add to the level kit ones. Once I'm done I will clean it up and try to make sure I didn't repeat any. I will probably filter it based on tire size as well and go from smallest to biggest.

So far this is what I got in an hour. I'll continue building this out and eventually make it a post in itself to help everyone once completed.

nice work. once you start a new thread tons of people will also respond with their tires and you can update it. it won't be long and you'll have a nice library of info.

I can't wait to see the first post.... "what size tires fit on my 2008 chevy without rubbing?" Answer: link to your awesome table.

Which section of the forum should I post this in? It's all 2014+ as I could not find much on the older models. Those forums are not as active at all.
