Hi as stated Im new here, living in Iceland.

Have owned and built few GM trucks on my way through life.

My current truck is 1998 GMC sierra 1500 6.5 turbo diesel.

Plan is to restore it to like new condition.

Going to be in need for assistance on this journey as all former trucks were much older models an no diesel before.

Thanks and looking forward spendining time here with you all.

welcome.

 

you are as close to maine as florida.

1500 with a 6.5? must be custom?

the 6.5 turbo is a good one on a nv4500 manual tranny.

if you can do ebay, they still have piles of stuff for sale.

 

a lot of tips and tricks too.

search you tube land.

 

A great tip:

start swapping to LED lights..everyhting. Front to back in and out.
