They are as good or better as any others out there. There will be some love affairs with Husky posted here or perhaps Weathertech but my GM OEM liners are surely heavy-duty and fit perfectly.

 

I was in the same dilemma last November when I bought this truck new and did some homework and "hands-on" looking. I made the right decision for me. There is nothing wrong with Husky but the GM's were available right away. Lately Weathertech fitting seems to be slipping somewhat IMO.

^^^ exactly, you can't go wrong with the GM ones or husky. But the general consensus is that weather tech has been slipping in terms of quality

I bought the GM Liners and while they are fine, I'm switching to Husky. I get crud under the pedal and on the center hump. I have the jump seat and my boys like sitting it in. Husky offers this protection while GM ones don't. Also for the rears, the GM version is two price and connects like a puzzle in the center. Husky is one piece. Based on the quality of WT, I'm even considering them.

I have have Husky in my 2016 crew cab, they are awesome. Made from a softer rubber like the ones that came with the truck and great coverage. Fit is excellent.

 

We have weather tech in the work Truck, they are very stiff, almost like plastic more than rubber. The ends have curled up on them and they don't lay flat anymore.

 

I'm very happy I went with Husky in my personal truck. I have the front 2 mats as well as the full coverage rear mat.

I did have issues when I initially bought the drivers side and passengers side without the hump coverage, and found they did not sit right against the centre hump. Even after trying to pry them, turn them inside out over night, etc. they just didn't want to sit snug to the hump. But I love the full coverage ones I have now. The only down side to the GM ones is I don't believe they cover under the gas pedal, where most of the crap will fall off your shoes.

Yeah that's true with the GM ones. I feel like there's the only Achilles heel with those

Not sure which mats you purchased, but I found turning my Weathertechs inside out also helped bounce them back to their form.

I have the Husky xact contours now but first had the GM liners. I thought the GM'S looked better but the missing section under the gas peddle allows water and dirt etc. to get underneath and my carpet was soaked. I sold them to a guy at work who has vinyl floors and bought the Husky. I still have GM in back row, no issues there, they connect in the middle and stay together well.

Ah that's a deal breaker for me as well !! WT came with the truck but will get husky next I think
