Driveing a Dodge 5.7 Hemi Halfer

My truck is being worked on at a body shop. First time I've had a vehicle in a body shop. Some problems with wheels and running boards. Past the estimated completion date by a week.

 

The bump shop owner rented me a truck on his dime until it 's done.

 

2016 Dodge 1500 5.7 Hemi, 8 speed. I don't know what trim package.

 

IMO it's peppy, seems more responsive to throttle movement and the 8 speed shifts so nice you don't feel it.

 

Rides well and is quite.

I hope it is not true either, but rumor has it GM has something else in mind and will be doing away with the column shitter.
