Android Auto is so awesome.  Google Maps, Waze, all your music apps. I would never have another car with out it.  Need to grab two AA aftermarket radios for my other car and plow truck .

Waze is another Nav app that's 100 times better than the stock Nav.

Google maps will always be more accurate because it constantly updates the maps for free, where the stock nav you have to pay 100-200 to update every year.  Over here in the Boston area that is a huge plus for Google maps.

Really great to finally get to read your thread Nasty, can't wait to see it tubbed. I have been out of the truck game for more than a decade, so I am ignorant to a lot of the stuff being done today. Hoping to learn from you guy's. Man I love the ZR1;s . Iv'e seen a couple orange ones come in and I like that color, but I hope I never have to match the paint on one.

As long as you have a good fab guy and a good notch youre fine. Belive me. This is the first brand new vehicle ive ever bought myself.  Wife always gets the new vehicles.  And ive been hesitant ever since i bought it on cutting it. But i found the. est underbed notch available and my fab guy is awesome so i said screw it lets go for it

I understand about the wife gets the new car .lol I always buy a salvage vehicle and rebuild it, for my daily driver. I took a hiatus in 06 from drag racing and fabrication , and i'm just now getting the fever for performance again. Lucky for me the girl I met and married a few years ago was raised in a hot rodder home so I don't have much trouble doin my thing. I read where you said you don't really like the big rim thing. What are you planning for a wheel/tire size for your back half?

Im not doijg a back half. Just notch and shock relocation.  Possible 4 loink but not for awhile.

Right nkw im running 20x9 front and rear. Im going to evantually do rear conversion so i can fit a 15x10 in the rear with a 295/65/15.  Front is staying the same. Juat going lower
