I want to add some more chrome but don't have the money to get a LTZ chrome grill so I was thinking of this.....what are your thoughts??

Not so much into all the chrome myself, but if you like it that's all that matters. Some like chrome, others don't. It's a personal preference. I do have some chrome on my truck just not that much. To each his own. Do what makes you happy.

Don't ask people what they like just do it, if you hate it later you can always take it off. I personally would used the chrome sheet they sell at Home Depot that is used to hold tile to the wall. It's really cheap doesn't rust, and you would just need to use zip ties and zip mounts so you be looking at under $25
