Best looking wheels ever

Alright, this will be the first time for me to order aftermarket wheels and I will need some help with the sizes for both the wheels and the tires.

I own a 2017 GMC Sierra 2500 Denali Duramax in white, and really love the FUEL BEAST D564 wheels. My truck is stock, no lift or anything. Stock wheels are 20".

I want some tires with these wheels that are more off-road worthy than the stock tires, also wider, but still enjoyable at highway speeds and longer trips, and they shouldn’t stick out too much (maybe 1 - 2 inches max).

I park my truck in the garage. I can go another 2 or 3 inches in total height, but not more.

1.) What would be the proper size for the FUEL BEAST D56 without lifting the truck or any other modifications?

2.) What tires and tire size do you suggest?

Love this look, just have to make sure it won't rise my truck by more than 3 inches and still fit without rubbing.

Stock height a 275/70/18 would look great. Leveled a 295/70/18 would look great. Looking at the Nitto Ridge Grappler here. I like 18's cuz there cheaper tire/rim, than 20's and ride better. I like the looks of more side wall than rim. Just my opinion.

I just did a quick photoshop. Does that come close to your idea? I never did the leveling. Will that raise the front or lower the back? What would be a good product?
