2014 gmc blowing hot air

Ac blows hot air on drivers side and cold on passenger. Any ideas?

Yes it is.

Most likely the controller for dual climate. Best way is to find one and swap it out to see.

From the information you gave us it looks like your condenser is leaking.

If it were the condenser (and it will be eventually) you wouldnt have cold at all. An acuator door is stuck or the motor is dead to the side with the warm air.

My guess is a blend door actuator

Absolutely the actuator door. You're looking $300+ if it's out of warranty for a dealer to fix, or about $50 if you do it yourself. Use to see this all the time when I worked in service dept for chevy

Find the part online at a place like gmpartdirect.com and then search around for the best price. I would imagine it depends on your make/model/year.

This went out on my avalanche one time, but it was the blower motor resistor module.

Dealer told me it is the blend door actuator, the dash has to be taken out to access/replace the part though. Not cheap to pay someone to do.

Did you replace it? Im about to have to do this myself. Drivers side stays hot while the pass side is cold. Can anyone tell me where the drivers side actuator is located?
