Radio information stuck on same song for 4 days now.

8" inch Nav system, the window that you can add to the screen in the bottom left hand corner has had the same song "stuck" there since Sunday. Just on one station, other stations will scroll current station ID and current song as it should. Any ideas of how to reset in driveway? I saw that hitting the ONSTAR call button, then hanging up with the red button a few seconds later will reset the radio. Any ideas or suggestions?

I'd start by disconnecting the battery

Auburn Washington, KISW 99.9 stuck on Sublime's Smoke Two Joints (ironically).

Yep im in everett.

107.7 same thing there sister stations.

They also killed there blues station

I've had that happen too....I'm pretty sure the problem is on their end.

Off the top of your head, how long did it take to reset/clear to the next song?

Yea, they did just all move to another studio in the last couple of weeks. Wonder how long it takes to change back to normal?

I can't remember it ever taking as long as yours...a day maybe. But if the others are working it would make me think they're having a problem at that station.

Yea, I hope that is it, I am going to try the ONSTAR trick tonight, then off to the dealership if that does not work.

Found out if you just do the radio station seach again it will go away

Service writers write. Techs service. My dealer will reflash software while they change the oil. Takes no time at all.

My dealership is a very "old school" dealership, 40 plus years in age. The service writers reprogram key fobs, door locks, reset TMPS sensors and so on, was just wondering out loud how the re flash was done and by who.
