signs of leveling kit

I have a 2010 Sierra Crew Z60 so its 2WD. It sits much higher than any other 2wd I have seen. That being said, the factory rims and tires were not on it when I bought it which were the 20 inch wheels and whatever tire would have been on it. It now has 18s with a 275/75/18 which according to the internet would be a 33" tire however it measures out to be a 32" but I also don't run full pressure in them. Is there any way, short of taking the front end apart to see if there is a spacer on top of the spring? I cant do any measurements from the ground unless someone has the exact same truck with the same tire size. I'm right at 6 feet tall and for a 2WD truck, its too tall for me to get into it without the step.  Any help would be appreciated, if I have to take it apart and find that it doesn't id rather just be able to install the leveling blocks at the same time instead of doing it twice. I don't think most dealers have any clue about things like this so I don't think it would help me to ask them

Look at how long the bolts are coming from the strut mount through the frame. It should look like whats in this picture. If the nuts or studs look different is also a tell.

I don't have that many threads showing at the top, block must be installed already

Yeah If it doesn't look like that you have a spacer.
