2 Question before I order my 6.5" lift!

I got a Zone 6.5 on my 2014 Sierra with 35’s and I have zero complaints. The quality of the kit is great and the install instructions were super clear. If you really have your heart set on 37’s you could give Zone a call they are actually pretty helpful. Also just a tip, I ordered my kit from Realtruck instead of the zone website, saved like $130 on shipping. Good luck.

I too have the Zone 6.5" on my truck with stock 20's and 35's. No rubbing, no trimming.

Here are some photos, I haven't been under the truck to check the offset on the wheels but based on manufacturer specs they are either +18 or -12. It looks like if you push the wheels out further you might run into the tire hitting the front bumper. Clearance toward the cab looks like it would be enough, but it could be tight when flexing, granted I am running flares so I lose some clearance there anyway.

I just lifted my 17 ' last week with the same exact parts as what you are saying but added the front skid plate also. Installed Fuel Mavericks 22X10 with a -24 offset. Toyo Open country MT's 35X12.50X22. I had to trim the loser valance, about 2 inches off the splash shield in the front, had to trim the little plastic guards at the rear with some of the splash shield at the rear also. I still have rubbing and very little room in the places that arent rubbing. I can say that the offset you are saying will be worse. Don't see you fitting 37's without major trimming and a lot of rubbing.

The add on Fox shock option is just the rears. I did not order the front struts separately and not sure that I will. The Ranchos that came with the Z71 package ride good on it and were not required to lift it. You are looking another 800.00 roughly for the fox front struts. I don't have a picture at the moment of the front skid plate but if you look at this picture you can see the bottom of it barely. It just kind of goes in place of the factory cheap on that you have to remove. It does have Zones logo cut out in at and for the 60.00 bucks or so it is worth it.

Thanks bud. I thought you had the Fox coilovers in front. Fox told me they do not offer a non-remote reservoir coilover for the front. So $800 wouldn't do it. They quoted me $2000 for coilovers to replace the stock struts/Zone spacer assemblies. Fox shocks in the back are around $130 each.

I considered the skidplate too, but didn't want it to look cheesy with the Zone logo cut in it. Is it visible from the front at normal viewing height?

Fox DOES offer non-resi’s for the front. They are 0-3” adjustable and are used with the strut spacer. They are about $800 for the pair and are sold on zones site

Yea you can buy the coilovers in the front but they are standard length. You still have to run the spacers is all.

The skid plate doesnt really stand out from normal viewing but I feel like it adds a little to tie the new crossmember in.

The lighting on these arent that good either but here are two more views. I am posting from my phone so don't know how to rotate them Sorry.

I’m set on this kit as well but not wanting front spacers. When i talked to zone they said the mounting surface is to deep to clear the suspension, so needless to say I’m confused. Please help.

Nope, no front spacers. I only have spacers in the rear to even the track width. I have stock stamped steel UCAs. The tires come close to making contact with the UCAs at full lock, but there is clearance. I have had this setup installed for 20,000 miles without any problems.

I too have the Zone 6.5" and kept my factory Denali wheels. I went with 35" x 12.5" Duratracs and I have plenty of clearance. Never rubbed once in 10K miles. I kinda wish I'd test fitted something taller to see if I could've gone bigger. I've got a solid 2" of clearance to any contact point.
