Looking to change it out for the trailer brake one to cut and install some light switches. I have the 4x4 version. Sent from my Cellular device utilizing a chat forum thingy. Thanks Steve, I'm not in a hurry at all. If you find yourself wanting to sell the rubber insert at sometime, let me know - Mark 1

TX LIMO Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 Well I finally got around to installing my switches in the infamous cubbyhole panel. I took one with the trailer brake control cutout and modded it with a 2” hole to fit the switch pod. Unfortunately I did not have the correct wire sizes to wire up my fuse/relay/power distribution panel over the weekend, but gonna try and knock it out this weekend. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Easy to hit with my knee and piss off drivers who cut me off.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1

Can you tell what all you used and done to cover that hole up? If I can’t find a blank trailer brake panel, I’m gonna need to do this to mine.

Then cut out opening for my light switches. Trailer brake cover plate is flatter and accepts switches better with a "factory" like look. Where can I find the same trailer brake cover plate that you used? I have searched around and can’t find one. I’m wanting to do the same thing and add 2 rocker switches there for my roof light bar and the other for my light bar on my brush guard. I want that factory look like you’ve got yours looking.
