In all honesty the best dsp/loc that i have found an i sell about 4 a week is the DSR1 from Rockford it. Has everything your looking for an is extremely easy to use not to mention its compact and only 249.00.

very nice,  How does the RF product compare to the JL products

Thats a hard question jl makes better speakers but the Rock amps are solid as for dsp the alpine and Rock are both solid but the rock is smaller and has a verry friendly interface especially for the price. My wifes car is all JL but i use rock amps and dsp1 its a dream team in audio. But if you have the money the best way to go is the alpine remaster stereo kit !

im not gonna lie the remaster kits look cheezy in the gm dash.

I agree but u get a 10inch touch sceen 6 trigger outs for led bars or winch u get navigation and full vehicle diagnostics not to mention an hdmi out and all the usbs u can use its a nice set up just looks out of place

you can use that Axxess T harness for pretty much any DSP with high level inputs.  I bought one and will use it with what ever I go with.  just have to cut off the connector that goes into the Axxess itself.

I'll check out that Rockford. DSP I usually use all Alpine, But I am using a JL microsub+ in this truck because it fits perfectly behind the rear seats.

U should be able to fit that dsr1 in the same place or u can even place it in the dash like i did its about 6 inch by 4x 1.75..that way u dont need a long harness

Doesn't look like the Rockford does active either.

On a crazy side note, has anyone seen something that can make the signal of the oem radio better. I’ve never seen an oem radio with such bad static on strong stations.

So seeing as how this axxess dsp isnt bandpass capable . I guess I’m left with a couple options.

Get new speakers which I’d be looking at over 500 I’d say to get a nice quality set.

Get a new 4 channel amp that has a bandpass filter on it which I don’t believe my current one has I’ll have to double check tho.

Or tie in my mini dsp 2x4 into the mix which costs
Me nothing since I’ve had It for like 3 years.

Thoughts?
