Lane assist and collision warning not working

I just bought a used 2017 Suberban with 56k miles on it (out of warranty for this issue)

Anyone have any suggestions?

The options are on but they dont work.

I tested the lane change and it doesn't alert or change back

I tried going to close to another car and it wont alert or slow me down

I know how it should work as I just drove a 2017 tahoe same options.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you have the indicators on the dash? At speed there should be green or yellow icons for cars or lane assist. The buttons for both are to the left of the steering wheel. Are the lights for both of those lit?
